SymPhysis Medical receive multiple nominations during awards season
November is proving to be a fruitful month this year as SymPhysis Medical have been nominated for not one but three awards.
Firstly, the Excellence in Innovation Award is a part of the Galway Chamber Business Awards 2023 in association with The Shannon Airport Group.
This is Galway's biggest annual business event, celebrating all that's good about Galway's business community. Attended by Galway's top business leaders, Galway Chamber Business Awards offers companies the opportunity to be acknowledged for their success, their people, and their innovation and creativity.
This award recognises a business that has achieved success by identifying and implementing an innovative idea like releaze, the company’s innovative drainage technology designed to treat a common complication of late-stage cancers, malignant pleural effusion (MPE).
The event takes place at the Galway Bay Hotel, Salthill, Galway City and the majority of the team will be attending the gala in celebration of this acknowledgement.
Secondly, SymPhysis have been nominated under the national shortlist for Medtech Startup as part of the National Startup Awards, 2023.
The National Startup Awards were founded to recognize and celebrate Ireland’s most innovative and promising startups. As the country’s premier startup awards program, they provide a platform for early-stage companies to gain national and international exposure and credibility.
Each year, they thoroughly review startup applications from across Ireland to select the most disruptive, scalable and fundable companies. Finalists gain recognition through awards events, promotional campaigns, and startup accelerator programs. Winners take home prizes and gain invaluable media coverage and investor interest.
Past National Startup Award winners have raised significant funding, exported globally, and created hundreds of jobs. These awards promote entrepreneurship and innovation nationwide by showcasing the best Ireland has to offer.
Being recognized is one of the highest accolades a company can receive in the name of innovation and business success.
Finally, SymPhysis Medical have been nominated for a Collaboration in Medtech Award for the Irish Medtech Awards 2023.
